About Gearing2Grow CIC

Practitioners,not just providers.

We're not a traditional training organisation. We're a team built around lived experience, and a programme designed for people let down by traditional routes and services.

Who we are

Founded in 2026 by people who've been there.

Gearing2Grow CIC is a Community Interest Company (Company No. 17127783), registered in England and Wales. We were founded in 2026 by directors Oyeyemi, Aghatise, and Agbor — a leadership team with direct experience of the communities we serve, spanning the criminal justice system, community engagement, and business leadership.

We are not traditional training providers. We are practitioners shaped by lived experience, creating practical pathways for people who have been overlooked, excluded, or let down by mainstream systems.

Our mission

To empower young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through structured automotive training, mentorship, and clear pathways into sustainable employment — helping reduce social exclusion while addressing the UK skills shortage.

We hold ourselves to measurable outcomes and transparent reporting.

04

Community

We build connections and networks that outlast the programme.

05

No judgement. We welcome those turned away elsewhere.

Governance

Structured. Accountable.
